Onderdeel van een bouwblok uit 1917-1925 aan de Berkenbosch Blokstraat bestaande uit drie woningen (Berkenbosch Blokstraat 3,5,7) op rechthoekige plattegrond. De panden zijn in baksteen opgetrokken en tellen elk drie woonlagen met een zolderverdieping tussen twee puntgevels onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak. Houten zesruits schuifvensters behoren tot de oorspronkelijke opzet. De huizen zijn elk twee vensterassen breed, hebben over een hoogte van twee bouwlagen in de rechter vensteras een driezijdige gemetselde erkeruitbouw. Op de derde verdieping boven de erker zijn balcons met deels geopende balustraden met een openslaande deur met zijdelings vensters. Naast de erkeruitbouw op de begane grond is een ingang met zijlichten en daarboven over de hoogte van twee bouwlagen een venster. Op de zolderverdieping zijn twee vensters. De bakstenen voorgevels worden verlevendigd door zandstenen bovendorpels en zandstenen hoekblokken. De achtergevels van de drie panden zijn drie vensterassen breed; de houten zesruitsvensters zijn ten dele nog oorspronkelijk. In de puntgevels van de zolderverdieping zijn twee vensters. Waardering.

Component of a building block from 1917-1925 on the Berkenbosch Blokstraat consisting of three dwellings (Berkenbosch Blokstraat 3, 5, 7) on a rectangular plan. The properties are constructed in brick and each comprises three storeys with an attic storey between two stepped gables beneath a gabled roof covered with tiles. Wooden six-pane sash windows form part of the original design. The houses are each two window bays wide and have over a height of two storeys in the right window bay a three-sided brick bay window projection. On the third storey above the bay window are balconies with partly open balustrades with a glazed door with side windows.
