NB. De moderne aanbouw tegen de achtergevels van de nummers 101 tot en met 104 is van bescherming uitgesloten. Omschrijving.
Gedeeltelijk dubbele- en gedeeltelijk enkele rij van in totaal achttien woningen uit 1840-1841, op rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit een bouwlaag onder een met pannen gedekt mansardedak. De nummers 105 tot en met 110 en 111, 112, 113 en 116 zijn rug-aan-rug gebouwd. De deuren zijn paarsgewijs aangebracht en de vensters bezitten negenruitsramen. Een uitzondering vormen de nummers 111 en 112, waar de vensters zijn vervangen door deuren van het Gemeentelijk Energiebedrijf. De dakkapellen zijn voorzien van vierruitsramen. Tussen de nummers 104 en 105, en naast 116 bevindt zich een doorgang. De eindgevel aan de kant van de Zuid-West Singelgracht is aan de bovenzijde licht geknikt en voorzien van vlechtingen en een stucdecoratie langs de daklijst. Voorts in de eindgevel boogvormige vensterprofielen op de zolderverdieping; een cordonlijst en een blindvenster tussen vensters met negenruitsramen op de begane grond. Aan weerszijden wordt de gevel afgesloten door geblokte pilasters. De binnentuintjes worden aan de kant van de Zuid-West Singelgracht afgesloten door een laag bakstenen muurtje met heg en gemetselde pijlers. Waardering.

Partially double and partially single row of a total of eighteen dwellings from 1840-1841, on rectangular plan, consisting of a storey beneath a mansard roof covered with tiles. Numbers 105 to 110 and 111, 112, 113 and 116 are built back-to-back. The doors are arranged in pairs and the windows have nine-pane sashes. An exception is formed by numbers 111 and 112, where the windows have been replaced by doors of the Municipal Energy Company. The roof dormers are fitted with four-pane windows. Between numbers 104 and 105, and next to 116 there is a passage. The gable wall at the side of the South-West Singelgracht is slightly bent at the top and provided with wattlework and stucco decoration along the eaves. Furthermore in the gable wall arched window profiles on the attic storey; a cordon moulding and a blind window between windows with nine-pane sashes on the ground floor. On either side the facade is closed off by rusticated pilasters. The interior courtyards are closed off at the side of the South-West Singelgracht by a low brick wall with hedge and mortared piers.
