Omschrijving
PORTIERSWONING. Portierswoning op T-vormige grondslag onder twee-delig met grijze pannen gedekt zadeldak uit 1893, geplaatst aan het begin van de oprijlaan naar Huis Bingerden. Het naar de oprijlaan gekeerde voorste gedeelte is witgepleisterd. Het tegen de oostzijde aangebouwde achterste gedeelte is wit geschilderd.
Ingangs(west-)zijde: centraal de voordeur met enkel-ruits bovenlicht. Links en rechts hiervan een schuifvenster met 6-ruitsindeling aan weerszijden van luiken voorzien met in het hart een rode rechthoek met een witte bies en een groene omlijsting. Op het scheidingsniveau van de beganegrond en eerste verdieping vier muurankers in de vorm van de cijfers 1893. De centrale travee is tot de nok van de eerste verdieping doorgetrokken en is overkapt met een haaks op het aansluitende dak gesitueerd zadeldak; op de eerste verdieping een 4-ruits venster met in de topgevel een ronde nis. Linker zijgevel: beganegronds een 6-ruits schuifvenster met luiken, op de eerste verdieping een schuifvenster met 4-ruitsindeling en in de topgevel een ronde nis als aan de voorgevel. Rechter zijgevel: op de beganegrond een 12-ruits venster bestaande uit een drie venstervlakken omlijstend kozijn met centraal een 6-ruits venster en aan weerszijden een slank venster met 3-ruitsindeling. Op de eerste verdieping en in de topgevel een venster en nis als in de linker zijgevel. Aan de rechterzijde van de achtergevel van het achterste gedeelte van de portierswoning op de beganegrond een 6-ruits schuifvenster met luiken,waaronder een keldervenster met diefijzer. Op de eerste verdieping twee kozijnen met luiken met halfrond bovenlicht, waarin 2 diagonale roeden een venster in 3 ruiten geleden. In de topgevel een ronde nis als aan voorgevel. Rechter (zuid-)gevel van het achterste gedeelte: drie vensters met 6-ruitsindeling, waarvan het middelste venster iets kleiner is dan de overige twee vensters. Linker gevel van het achterste gedeelte: een schuifvenster met 6-ruitsindeling en met luiken.

Description
LODGE. Lodge on T-shaped plan beneath a two-part gabled roof covered with grey tiles from 1893, placed at the beginning of the drive to Huis Bingerden. The front section facing the drive is whitewashed. The rear section built against the eastern side is white painted.
Entrance (west) side: centrally the front door with single-pane fanlight. To the left and right of it a sash window with 6-pane division on each side provided with shutters with in the centre a red rectangle with white trim and green border. On the division level between the ground floor and first storey four ornamental wall anchors in the form of the figures 1893. The central bay extends through to the ridge of the first storey and is covered with a gabled roof set at right angles to the adjoining roof; on the first storey a 4-pane window with a round niche in the top gable. Left side gable: on the ground floor a 6-pane sash window with shutters, on the first storey a sash window with 4-pane division and in the top gable a round niche as on the front gable. Right side gable: on the ground floor a 12-pane window consisting of a three window-panel frame with centrally a 6-pane window and on each side a slender window with 3-pane division. On the first storey and in the top gable a window and niche as in the left side gable. On the right side of the rear gable of the rear section of the lodge on the ground floor a 6-pane sash window with shutters, below which a cellar window with theft bar. On the first storey two frames with shutters with semicircular fanlight, in which 2 diagonal glazing bars divide a window into 3 panes. In the top gable a round niche as on the front gable. Right (south) gable of the rear section: three windows with 6-pane division, of which the middle window is slightly smaller than the other two windows. Left gable of the rear section: a sash window with 6-pane division and with shutters.
