Omschrijving
RENTMEESTERSWONING AAN KEMKENSWEG. Rode bakstenen deels onderkelderde rentmeesterswoning uit de eerste kwart van de 19e eeuw op rechthoekige grondslag. De woning onderbreekt de muur ten noordoosten en noorden van de poort naar de moestuin en is door een met leien (maasdekking) gedekt mansardedak overkapt. Als zodanig is de woning aangegeven op het Kadastraal Minuutplan van de Gemeente Amstenrade uit ca. 1820-1830.
Voor(erf-)zijde: beganegronds van links naar rechts: twee getoogde 8-ruitsvensters, een rondboogdeur en een getoogd 8-ruitsvenster. Op de verdieping vier dakkapellen, die door een fronton worden bekroond. In de kapellen enkel-ruitsvensters van recente datum (oorspronkelijk 6-ruitsvensters). Achter(straat-)zijde: twee vensters met 8-ruitsindelingen. Links van deze gevel in de muur ten noordoosten en noorden van de poort naar de moestuin een rechthoekige doorgang van recente datum.

Description
STEWARD'S LODGE AT KEMKENSWEG. Red brick steward's lodge, partly with a basement, from the first quarter of the 19th century on a rectangular plan. The lodge interrupts the wall to the northeast and north of the gate to the vegetable garden and is covered by a mansard roof with slate covering (Maas covering). As such the lodge is indicated on the Cadastral Minute Plan of the Municipality of Amstenrade from circa 1820-1830.
Front (courtyard) side: ground floor from left to right: two arched 8-pane windows, a round arch door and an arched 8-pane window. On the upper storey four roof dormers, crowned by a pediment. In the dormers single-pane windows of recent date (originally 6-pane windows). Rear (street) side: two windows with 8-pane divisions. To the left of this façade in the wall to the northeast and north of the gate to the vegetable garden a rectangular passage of recent date.
