Omschrijving
POORT. Rechthoekige rode bakstenen poort uit ca. 1815 met centraal gelegen segmentboog-vormige doorgang en met rechte dubbele houten poortdeuren. Aan de straat(Hagendorenweg-)zijde is de poort van mergel-hoekblokken voorzien. Aan de moestuinzijde wordt de poort door steunberen gestut. De poort wordt door een rechthoekig bakstenen bovenstuk bekroond, dat via enkele halfsteense verspringingen uitkraagt. Het bovenstuk wordt door een met leien gedekt afgeplat mansardedak (maasdekking) overkapt, dat op de vier hoeken door een eenvoudige piroen wordt bekroond. Het ruime overstek van het dak wordt door houten consoles gestut. Aan weerszijden gaat de poort over in de bakstenen muur, die moestuin en hof deels omgeeft.

Description
GATE. Rectangular red brick gate from ca. 1815 with centrally located segmental-arched passage and with straight double wooden gate doors. On the street (Hagendorenweg) side the gate is provided with marl corner blocks. On the vegetable garden side the gate is supported by buttresses. The gate is crowned by a rectangular brick superstructure, which projects via several half-brick steps. The superstructure is covered by a flat mansard roof (Maas roofing) with slate, which is crowned on the four corners by a simple cresting. The generous overhang of the roof is supported by wooden corbels. On either side the gate transitions into the brick wall, which partially surrounds the vegetable garden and courtyard.
