Segment van verdedigingswerk vesting Muiden, deel uitmakend van de Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie. Het werk bestaat uit een aanleg van aardwerken, gracht en bijbehorende bebouwing en objecten zoals hierna genoemd.
De aanleg is een oostelijk deel van de vesting Muiden en omvat een bastion, het terreplein achter het bastion en de natte gracht gelegen voor het bastion.
Op het terreplein achter het bastion (bekend als bastion VII) bevindt zich een grondgedekte kazerne (gebouw D).

The arrangement is an easterly part of Muiden fortress and comprises a bastion, the terreplein behind the bastion and the wet moat located in front of the bastion.
