Omschrijving
ARBEIDERSWONING die volgens twee ingemetselde stenen naast de toegangsdeur in 1826 door een zekere G.J.D. is gebouwd. Deels onderkelderd gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond, opgetrokken uit roodbruine handvormsteen en gedekt door een driezijdig rieten schilddak met uilebord en makelaar tegen een rechte voorgevel met door een afdekplaat beëindigde topschoorsteen; staafankers. De voorgevel heeft twee asymmetrisch geplaatste H-vensters en twee zeer kleine zoldervensters, de oostgevel een H-venster, een (vernieuwde) opgeklampte deur en een vierruitsvenster; de westgevel een opgeklampte deur met eveneens een vierruitsvenster en een kelderraam. Zowel ramen als deuren worden afgesloten door een halfsteens rollaag.
Het INTERIEUR verkeert in vrijwel ongeschonden staat. De woonkamer aan de voorzijde heeft nog de eenvoudige bedsteden-kastenwand, het houten balkenplafond en de betegelde schouw. De vloer van het schuurgedeelte bestaat deels uit gladde klinkers, deels uit estrikken waar een houten vloer overheen is gelegd.

De arbeiderswoning is van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en typologisch belang vanwege:

Description
WORKERS' DWELLING which according to two inset stones beside the entrance door was built in 1826 by a certain G.J.D. Partly cellared building on rectangular plan, constructed of red-brown hand-moulded brick and covered by a three-sided thatched hipped roof with owl board and collar-tie against a straight front facade with a chimney stack terminated by a coping stone; rod anchors. The front facade has two asymmetrically placed cross windows and two very small attic windows, the east gable a cross window, a (renewed) clamped door and a four-light window; the west gable a clamped door with likewise a four-light window and a cellar window. Both windows and doors are closed off by a half-brick roller course.
The INTERIOR is in virtually intact condition. The living room at the front still has the simple bed-chest wall, the wooden beam ceiling and the tiled fireplace. The floor of the shed section consists partly of smooth clinker bricks, partly of concrete screed with a wooden floor laid over it.
