Omschrijving
Uit roodbruine handvormsteen opgetrokken KOP- ROMPBOERDERIJTJE dat, getuige de ingekraste tekst boven de deur in de voorgevel, in 1860 door een zekere H.D.V. is gebouwd. De kop wordt gedekt door een rieten zadeldak met vorstpannen; topschoorsteen; staafankers.De gedeeltelijk vernieuwde voorgevel heeft twee zesruitsvensters, de top twee vierruitsvensters; de zuidgevel een T-venster met drieruits bovenlicht en luiken; de noordgevel is blind. Het schuurgedeelte wordt gedekt door een rieten wolfdak met uileborden. In de voorgevel bevindt zich een opgeklampte deur naar het woon- en bedrijfsgedeelte, met links daarvan een stalvenster met bovenlicht en rechts een schuifvenster met negenruits onderraam en zesruits bovenlicht. Alle vensters en deuren worden afgesloten door halfsteens rollagen. De zijgevels hebben kleine rondboogstalvensters, de noordgevel heeft bovendien een tweeruits keldervenster waarvan de rechter helft is voorzien van diefijzers en een houten luik. De achtergevel heeft een tot aan het dakschild doorlopende (vernieuwde) dubbele deeldeur en een vierruits ven- ster. Een opgeklampte deur met zijlicht geeft toegang tot de stal. Geheel rechts hangt een houten kippetrapje naar het (nieuwe) kippenhok dat tegen de zuidgevel van de schuur is aangebouwd. Het INTERIEUR van de boerderij verkeert in vrijwel ongeschonden staat en heeft nog de oorspronkelijke eenvoudige kasten- en bedstedewand. Ook de indeling en het interieur van het schuurgedeelte zijn nog oorspronkelijk. Waardering

Description
Built from reddish-brown handmade brick a HEAD-AND-BODY FARM COTTAGE which, as evidenced by the inscribed text above the door in the front gable, was built in 1860 by a certain H.D.V. The head is covered by a thatched gabled roof with frost tiles; gable chimney; rod wall anchors. The partly renewed front gable has two six-paned windows, the top two four-paned windows; the south gable a T-window with three-paned fanlight and shutters; the north gable is blind. The barn section is covered by a thatched half-hipped roof with ventilation boards. In the front gable there is an attached door to the residential and business section, with to its left a stable window with fanlight and to its right a sash window with nine-paned lower frame and six-paned fanlight. All windows and doors are finished by half-brick roll-mouldings. The side gables have small semicircular arch stable windows, the north gable furthermore has a two-paned cellar window of which the right half is fitted with anti-burglar bars and a wooden shutter. The rear gable has a double split door running to the roof board (renewed) and a four-paned window. An attached door with sidelight gives access to the stable. On the far right hangs a wooden chicken ladder to the (new) chicken coop built against the south gable of the barn. The INTERIOR of the farm is in virtually unaltered condition and still has the original simple cupboard and bed-alcove wall. Also the layout and interior of the barn section are still original.
