Omschrijving
Een 17e eeuws pand bestaande uit een voor- en een achterhuis, beide met twee bouwlagen en een kap loodrecht op de straat. Het voorhuis is onderkelderd.
Het betreft hier een middeleeuwse aanleg waarvan de zijmuren nog aanwezig zijn. In het casco van het achterhuis zijn nog oorspronkelijke delen aanwezig.
Het voorhuis is in de 17e eeuw geheel opnieuw opgetrokken, bestaande uit moer- en kinderbalklagen met fraai gedecoreerde sleutelstukken. De moerbalken op de eerste verdieping zijn in het begin van de 17e eeuw beschilderd met bloemenranken. Bij de genoemde verbouwing is de vloer van het achterhuis op de eerste verdieping op gelijke hoogte gebracht met die van het voorhuis. De oorspronkelijke vloer is daarbij intact gelaten.
De achtergevel is een afgeknotte tuitgevel, waarin op de beganegrond korfbogen boven de vensters. In de 19e eeuw is de kap vernieuwd, waarbij deze over voor- en achterhuis doorliep. De voorgevel behoort tot een 18e eeuwse verbouwing.
De onderpui, oorspronkelijk midden 19e eeuws, werd in het eind van de 19e eeuw, met hergebruik van de onderdelen, opnieuw gerangschikt. Dit hangt samen met de afsplitsing van de bovenwoning.
In het voorhuis valt verder nog op de naar de eerste verdieping lopende 17e eeuwse spiltrap met ingewerkte leuning.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang als in aanleg middeleeuws achterhuis met een 17e eeuws voorhuis.

Description
A 17th-century building consisting of a front and rear building, both with two storeys and a roof perpendicular to the street. The front building has a basement.
This is a medieval layout of which the side walls are still present. Original parts remain in the structural shell of the rear building.
The front building was entirely rebuilt in the 17th century, consisting of principal and secondary beam layers with finely decorated key pieces. The principal beams on the first storey were painted in the early 17th century with floral arabesques. With the said renovation the floor of the rear building on the first storey was brought to the same level as that of the front building. The original floor was left intact in the process.
The rear gable is a truncated spout gable, in which on the ground floor basket arches above the windows. In the 19th century the roof was renewed, running across front and rear building. The front facade belongs to an 18th-century renovation.
The lower frontage, originally mid-19th century, was rearranged at the end of the 19th century, with reuse of the components. This is connected to the separation of the upper dwelling.
Furthermore, in the front building, the 17th-century spiral staircase running to the first storey with incorporated handrail is noteworthy.
The building is of architectural importance as a medieval layout rear building with a 17th-century front building.
