Omschrijving
PAND in zijn huidige verschijningsvorm daterend uit de tweede helft van de 17e eeuw, met bouwfragmenten van middeleeuwse oorsprong, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap loodrecht op de straat.
Het 17e eeuwse huis is grotendeels gaaf bewaard en bestaat uit een voorhuis met daarachter een onderkelderd deel met opkamer. In dit achterste deel lopen de enkelvoudige balklagen evenwijdig aan de straat, terwijl de enkelvoudige balklaag op de verdieping loodrecht op de straat staat.
Een deel van de 17e eeuwse deuren in het interieur is nog aanwezig, evenals de kap. De middeleeuwse bouwfragmenten bestaan uit moppenmuurwerk en een deel van een eikehouten dakspant met telmerken. De vensters zijn deels 19e eeuws.
Het pand is van architectonisch belang.

Description
BUILDING in its present appearance dating from the second half of the 17th century, with building fragments of medieval origin, consisting of two storeys with roof perpendicular to the street.
The 17th-century house is largely well preserved and consists of a front house with behind it an undercellared section with principal room. In this rear section the simple beam floors run parallel to the street, while the simple beam floor on the upper storey is perpendicular to the street.
Part of the 17th-century doors in the interior is still present, as is the roof truss. The medieval building fragments consist of brick and lime mortar masonry and part of an oak roof truss with carpenters' marks. The windows are partly 19th-century.
The building is of architectural importance.
