Omschrijving
Een 18e eeuws dubbelpand, bestaande uit twee huizen van twee bouwlagen, kelder (gedeeltelijk) en een kap loodrecht op de straat.
Het betreft waarschijnlijk twee van oorsprong oudere, in de 18e eeuw samengevoegde panden. Het linker deel heeft een oorspronkelijke smalle achterbouw bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en kap. Op de beganegrond van die achterbouw bevindt zich een keuken met stookplaats. In de keuken is een hangkamer met bedstee aanwezig.
In het linker hoofdhuis is een neogotisch beinvloede binnenpui behorend bij een winkelinterieur, onderdeel van een van rond 1870 daterende verbouwing.
Bij die verbouwing werden de oorspronkelijke klokgevels vervangen door een eenvoudige ongepleisterde lijstgevel.
Het rechter pand valt vooral op door de overbouwde nathanielspoort.
Bouwhistorisch van belang is het in wezen oorspronkelijke casco, met enkelvoudige grenen balklagen en grenen kapspanten. Daarnaast is van belang de keuken in de achterbouw, de twee tuitgevels aan de achterzijde van de beide grote huizen en die van de achterbouw.

Description
An 18th century double property, consisting of two houses of two storeys, cellar (partly) and a roof perpendicular to the street.
It concerns probably two originally older properties combined in the 18th century. The left part has an original narrow rear building consisting of two storeys and roof. On the ground floor of that rear building is a kitchen with cooking place. In the kitchen is a hanging room with alcove bed.
In the left main house is a neo-gothic influenced interior frontage belonging to a shop interior, component of an alteration dating from around 1870.
With that alteration the original bell gables were replaced by a simple unplastered cornice-topped facade.
The right property is particularly striking because of the built-over Nathaniel's gate.
Architecturally-historically important is the essentially original shell, with simple pine beam layers and pine roof trusses. Also important is the kitchen in the rear building, the two spout gables on the rear side of both large houses and that of the rear building.
