Omschrijving
Pand van twee bouwlagen met laag schilddak loodrecht op de straat.
Het hele pand stamt uit het begin van de 19e eeuw. Door zeer hoge borstweringen heeft de zolder haast het karakter van een verdieping en steekt van de mansardekap slechts het bovenste deel als schilddak boven het muurwerk uit. De lijstgevel suggereert drie bouwlagen en is twee traveeën breed. De pui wordt bekroond door een puibalk. Het pand heeft zijn oorspronkelijke inrichting bewaard met betimmeringen, houten binnenwanden, die met vensters op de trap uitkijken, en een binnendeur met bovenlicht met gebogen roeden op de verdieping. Ook de uitgebouwde toiletruimte is bewaard, naast een houten achterpui.
Het pand is van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur.

Description
Property of two storeys with low hipped roof perpendicular to the street.
The entire property dates from the early 19th century. Because of very high parapets the attic almost has the character of a storey and of the mansard roof only the upper part projects as a hipped roof above the masonry. The cornice-topped facade suggests three storeys and is two bays wide. The frontage is crowned by a frontage beam. The property has retained its original interior with panelling, wooden internal walls, which have windows overlooking the stair, and an internal door with fanlight with curved glazing bars on the upper floor. Also the built-out toilet room is preserved, alongside a wooden rear frontage.
The property is of simple yet harmonious architecture.
