Omschrijving
Middeleeuws pand, tegenwoordig bestaande uit vier bouwlagen, een kelder en een werfkelder.
Dit eind veertiende-eeuwse pand bestond oorspronkelijk uit drie bouwlagen en een kap. In het begin van deze eeuw is de kap echter uitgebouwd tot verdieping. Ook de voorgevel kreeg door die verbouwing het huidige karakter. Daarbij werd de oude onderpui vervangen door een winkelpui en op de eerste werd een houten erker ter plaatse van het middelste raam uitgebouwd. Beide veranderingen bevatten Jugendstil-kenmerken.
Aan de gepleisterde achtergevel van het huis zijn nog de aanzetten van de oorspronkelijke tuitgevel te zien. Aan de achterzijde werd rond 1800 een achterbouw aangebracht, waarbij tevens een kelder werd aangelegd. De kelder loopt over de volle diepte van het huis en is gedekt met een tongewelf. Aansluitend op de kelder ligt de eveneens met een tongewelf gedekte werfkelder.
In het interieur zijn nog enige restanten van de negentiende-eeuwse betimmeringen aanwezig.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang vanwege de delen van het middeleeuwse casco, zoals de kelder, het opgaande muurwerk en delen van de enkelvoudige eiken balklagen.

Description
Medieval building, at present consisting of four storeys, a cellar and a yard cellar.
This late 14th century building originally consisted of three storeys and a roof truss structure. At the beginning of this century the roof truss structure was however extended to a storey. The front facade also received its present character through that renovation. Thereby the old shop front was replaced by a shop front and on the first a wooden oriel was extended in the place of the middle window. Both changes contain Art Nouveau features.
On the plastered rear facade of the house the starting points of the original spout gable are still visible. On the rear side around 1800 a rear extension was added, with a cellar also being laid. The cellar runs over the full depth of the house and is covered with a barrel vault. Adjacent to the cellar lies the similarly barrel vault-covered yard cellar.
In the interior some remnants of the nineteenth-century panelling are still present.
The building is of architectural historical importance because of the parts of the medieval frame, such as the cellar, the rising masonry and parts of the simple oak beam layers.
