Een 16e eeuws huis bestaande uit drie bouwlagen, een kap loodrecht op de straat, een kelder en een werfkelder.
Gezien de middeleeuwse kelder met tongewelf, heeft dit huis een oudere voorganger. Het is tegen een groot middeleeuws aangebouwd pand van geringe allure. Het 16e eeuwse huis is ingebalkt in de muur van een groot pand, Oudegracht 175, zoals de gewoonte was bij bescheiden bebouwing. Het huidige casco bevat nog belangrijke delen van de 16e eeuwse opzet, zoals balklagen met sleutelstukken. Description
A 16th century house consisting of three storeys, a roof truss structure perpendicular to the street, a cellar and a yard cellar.

The 16th century house is built into the wall of a large building, Oudegracht 175, as was the custom with modest building.
