Zeventiende-eeuws huis van twee bouwlagen, een kap loodrecht op de straat en een kelder.
Dit huis was in opzet gelijk aan het pand Minrebroederstraat 28, doch is bij een verbouwing in 1900 ingrijpender gewijzigd. De kelder onder het achtergedeelte van het huis vertoont een gelijke constructie als die van nummer 28, met een gedeeltelijk vlakke dekking en een smal troggewelf over de volle diepte, waarboven een marmeren gang verwacht mag worden. Het hout van de vlakke kelderzoldering is secundair en heeft gezien de houtmaten oorspronkelijk behoord tot een zeer groot gebouw.
De beganegrond is met de rechter buurpanden verbonden. De balklagen, de grenen sporenkap en de achtergevel, een tuitgevel met vlechtingen, behoren tot de zeventiende-eeuwse opzet. Description
Seventeenth-century house of two storeys, a roof perpendicular to the street and a cellar.
This house was in layout identical to the building Minrebroederstraat 28, but was more extensively altered in a 1900 renovation. The cellar under the rear section of the house shows the same construction as that of number 28, with partial flat covering and a narrow trough vault across the full depth, above which a marble floor may be expected. The wood of the flat cellar ceiling is secondary and given the timber dimensions originally belonged to a very large building.
The ground floor is connected to the right neighbouring buildings. The joist layers, the pine rafter roof and the rear facade, a spout gable with wattling, belong to the seventeenth-century structure. The front facade, a neck gable with wooden corner pieces, dates from the late eighteenth century, except for the ground floor which was fitted in 1900. The side facades may belong to older buildings.
The building is architecturally significant due to the seventeenth-century frame and the eighteenth-century front facade.
