Omschrijving
Een gaaf 17e eeuws woonhuis met 18e eeuws karakter van twee bouwlagen, een kap en een kelder.
Dit pand heeft een 18e eeuws karakter door de, opmerkelijk smalle, kozijnen in voor en achtergevel. Het betreft een verbouwing van een ouder 17e eeuws huis waarvan grote delen van het casco en de achtergevel bewaard werden.
De achtergevel is qua opzet identiek aan de tuitgevel van het buurpand Minrebroederstraat 30. In die achtergevel bevindt zich op zolder een, gerestaureerd, 17e eeuws kruiskozijn met profilering. De kap en balklagen behoren eveneens tot de oorspronkelijke opzet.
De kelder is voor het grootste deel vlak gedekt, slechts onder de gang is over de volle diepte een troggewelf aanwezig. In het voorste deel van de kelder is bovendien een schouw te zien.
Het pand is architectonisch interessant door de 18e eeuwse gevel, daarnaast is het van bouwhistorisch belang vanwege het vrijwel complete 17e eeuwse casco.

Description
An intact 17th century dwelling with 18th century character of two storeys, a roof and a cellar.
This building has an 18th century character through the, remarkably narrow, frames in front and rear facades. It concerns an alteration of an older 17th century house of which large parts of the frame and the rear facade were retained.
The rear facade is in layout identical to the spout gable of the neighbouring building Minrebroederstraat 30. In that rear facade there is on the attic a, restored, 17th century cross window with moulding. The roof and joist layers also belong to the original structure.
The cellar is for the most part flat-decked, only under the corridor is there across the full depth a trough vault. In the front part of the cellar a chimney stack is also visible.
The building is architecturally interesting through the 18th century facade; additionally it is architecturally significant due to the virtually complete 17th century frame.
