Omschrijving
Groot 17e-eeuws hoekpand bestaande uit drie bouwlagen, kelder en kap loodrecht op de Lange Nieuwstraat.
Dit voor zijn locatie groot 17e-eeuws huis is in casco nog volledig aanwezig.
Het bestaat uit moer- en kinderbalklagen met sleutelstukken en een kap met eiken gebinten. Van beganegrond tot zolder loopt een spiltrap met ingewerkte leuning en aan de spilzijde geprofileerde treden. De gevels hebben door de schuifvensters een 19e-eeuws karakter. De onderpui aan de Lange Nieuwstraat dateert van deze eeuw. De achtergevel is een gepleisterde topgevel met vlechtingen.
Het pand is van belang vanwege het casco en de spiltrap.

Description
A large 17th century corner property consisting of three storeys, cellar and roof perpendicular to the Lange Nieuwstraat.
This large 17th century house for its location is still completely present in its structural frame.
It consists of tie beams and joist layers with keystones and a roof with oak rafters. A spiral staircase with integrated handrail and profiled treads on the spindle side runs from the ground floor to the attic. The facades have a 19th century character due to the sash windows. The underpinning on the Lange Nieuwstraat dates from this century. The rear facade is a plastered gable with wickerwork.
