Omschrijving
Een 18e eeuws huis bestaande uit twee bouwlagen, een kap loodrecht op de straat en een kelder onder het achterste deel.
De opzet van het 18e eeuwse huis is nog volledig aanwezig. Het casco bestaat uit enkelvoudige grenen balklagen en een grenen kap. Op de verdieping bevindt zich in de voorkamer een schouw met een houten 18e eeuwse onderbouw en in de achterkamer een Lodewijk XVI-schouw compleet met boezem en haardplaat.
De verbinding met de zolder wordt gevormd door een spiltrap.
De kelder onder het achterdeel is gedekt met een tongewelf.
Tegen de achtergevel is een keuken in een tussenlid met enkelvoudige balklaag en een eenvoudige schouw.
Het vroeg 19e eeuwse achterhuis van twee bouwlagen en een bitumen dak is gebouwd op twee percelen, zodat een brede naar de tuin gerichte opzet ontstaat.

Description
An 18th century house consisting of two storeys, a roof perpendicular to the street and a cellar under the rear part.
The layout of the 18th century house is still completely present. The structural frame consists of simple pine joist layers and a pine roof. On the upper floor in the front room there is a fireplace with a wooden 18th century base and in the back room a Louis XVI fireplace complete with breast and hearth plate.
The connection to the attic is formed by a spiral staircase.
The cellar under the rear part is covered with a barrel vault.
Against the rear facade is a kitchen in an intermediate section with simple joist layer and a simple fireplace.
The early 19th century rear building of two storeys and a bitumen roof was built on two plots, creating a broad layout facing the garden.
