Omschrijving
Een 17e eeuws huis, tegenwoordig van drie bouwlagen, een kelder en een kap evenwijdig aan de straat.
Dit is een goed herkenbaar 17e eeuws huis, wat vooral tot uiting komt in de voorgevel. Het bovenvlak van de gevel staat op een 17e eeuwse puibalk met een klein overstek. Bij het verbouwen van de onderpui in de 19e eeuw zijn de verbindingen tussen de puibalk en de en de stijlen van de pui afgewerkt met gietijzeren rozetten.
Het casco is voor een belangrijk deel origineel, met name de moer- en kinderbalklagen met sleutelstukken. De kap is, mogelijk in de 18e eeuw, gewijzigd door de dakvlakken iets op te tillen om daarmee een extra verdieping te vormen.
Bovendien is het huis naar achteren uitgebreid.

Description
A seventeenth-century house, nowadays of three storeys, a cellar and a roof parallel to the street.
This is a well-recognizable seventeenth-century house, which is especially apparent in the front facade. The upper surface of the facade rests on a seventeenth-century shopfront beam with a small overhang. When the lower shopfront was rebuilt in the nineteenth century the connections between the shopfront beam and the posts of the shopfront were finished with cast-iron rosettes.
The framework is for an important part original, in particular the mother and daughter beam-joist layers with key-blocks. The roof was, possibly in the eighteenth century, modified by lifting the roof planes slightly to thereby form an additional storey.
Moreover, the house was extended to the rear.
It is an important seventeenth-century house as regards the original framework and in particular the front facade.
