17e eeuws huis met trapgevel, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap loodrecht op de straat, over de gehele lengte onderkelderd, met een tongewelf.
Casco en kap met jukken en krommers uit het eerste kwart van de 17e eeuw, zijn gaaf bewaard.
De vensters zijn in de 19e eeuw vernieuwd.
Het pand is van belang als voorbeeld van eenvoudige woonhuisarchitectuur.

Description
17th-century house with stepped gable, consisting of two storeys with roof perpendicular to the street, completely cellared throughout its length, with a barrel vault.
Casco and roof with tie-beams and curved braces from the first quarter of the 17th century are well preserved.
The windows were renewed in the 19th century.
The property is important as an example of simple residential architecture.
