Omschrijving
Laat 16e eeuws eenlaags bedrijfspand annex woonhuis, eens deel uitmakend van de langs de Vecht gelegen lintbebouwing, met de kap evenwijdig aan de straat.
Dit eenlaags huis bestaat uit een vijf traveeën brede gevel, tussen twee trapgevels. De achtergevel heeft als muurbeeindiging een tandlijst. In de zijgevels zijn dichtgemetselde kloosterkozijnen ter hoogte van de zolder te herkennen. De nog oorspronkelijke kap bestaat gedeeltelijk uit hergebruikte oudere onderdelen. De moer en kinderbintenbalklaag heeft balken die aan een zijde peerkraalsleutelstukken hebben die deel uit maken van de balk en aan de andere zijde toegevoegde dito sleutelstukken. Bij de restauratie in 1977 is de voorgevel herbouwd in 19e eeuwse trant.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang voor wat betreft het casco, exclusief de voorgevel.

Description
Late sixteenth-century single-storey commercial building adjoined to a dwelling, once part of the ribbon development along the Vecht, with the roof parallel to the street.
This single-storey house consists of a five-bay wide facade, between two stepped gables. The rear facade has a dentil moulding as wall coping. In the side facades are blocked-in cloister windows at attic level to be recognised. The still original roof truss consists in part of reused older components. The mother and daughter beam-joist layer has beams which on one side have pear-bead key-blocks which form part of the beam and on the other side have added key-blocks of the same type. During the restoration in 1977 the front facade was reconstructed in nineteenth-century style.
The building is of building-historical importance as regards the framework, exclusive of the front facade.
