Een laat 17e eeuws huis, gelegen achter Trans 17, met twee bouwlagen en een kap loodrecht op de Trans.
Dit pand behoorde mogelijk oorspronkelijk tot Trans 17 maar is een eigen leven gaan leiden. In wezen is het een gaaf laat 17e eeuws huis waarvan slechts de vensters in de 19e eeuw zijn gewijzigd. De voorgevel is vier traveeën breed en is gelegen aan een, aan de Trans met een deur afgesloten, steeg. Het raam in de zijgevel is het gewijzigde originele 17e eeuwse kruiskozijn. De enkelvoudige balklagen en de kap behoren tot de oudste opzet. De kap bestaat uit eiken jukken, makelaars en gordingen, met gestoken telmerken in de spanten. De grenen sporen zijn deels vernieuwd.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang als nu zelfstandig, gaaf 17e eeuws huis.

Description
A late 17th century house, located behind Trans 17, with two storeys and a roof truss structure perpendicular to the Trans.
This building possibly originally belonged to Trans 17 but has become independent. In essence it is an intact late 17th century house of which only the windows were altered in the 19th century. The front facade is four bays wide and is located on an alley closed off from the Trans by a door. The window in the side facade is the altered original 17th century cross window. The simple beam layers and the roof truss structure belong to the original construction. The roof truss structure consists of oak yokes, tie-beams and principals, with incised carpenters' marks in the rafters. The pine braces are partly renewed.
The building is of constructional importance as now an independent, intact 17th century house.
