Omschrijving
In opzet 17e eeuws huis, gelegen tussen de Zadelstraat en het Buurkerkhof, bestaande uit drie bouwlagen, een kelder en een pothuis aan de achterzijde.
De serie huizen tussen de Zadelstraat en het Buurkerkhof kenmerkt zich door een tweezijdige opzet. De primaire zijde is aan de Zadelstraat gesitueerd.
De secundaire zijde komt een aantal malen tot uiting in een pothuis tegen de achtergevel.
Ook Zadelstraat 13 bezit een dergelijke opzet. De oorspronkelijke constructie is nog gedeeltelijk aanwezig. De kap is rond 1950 verbouwd tot verdieping.
Bij deze verbouwing werd ook de voorgevel vernieuwd.
De achtergevel is een gepleisterde lijstgevel met verbouwde 19e eeuwse ramen in 18e eeuwse geprofileerde kozijnen.
Het huis is van historisch belang in de totale opzet en de ontwikkeling van het gebied tussen de Zadelstraat en het Buurkerkhof.

A house of 17th-century layout, located between the Zadelstraat and the Buurkerkhof, consisting of three storeys, a cellar and a storage building on the rear side.
