Omschrijving
Van oorsprong middeleeuws pand met lijstgevel, bestaande uit een kelder, twee bouwlagen en een kap loodrecht op de straat.
Het huis is ontstaan uit een 14e eeuws voor- en achterhuis, uit welke periode onder meer nog een dubbele kaarsnis dateert, die gedekt wordt door twee keperbogen van geprofileerde baksteen die boven iedere nis een half vierpas motief vormen. De nis bevindt zich in het achterhuis, in de rechter zijwand, links van de voormalige schouw.
Begin 16e eeuw zijn beide delen van het pand tot een geheel verbouwd. De 18e eeuwse lijstgevel is drie traveeën breed en suggereert drie bouwlagen.
De samengestelde balklagen hebben nog enige sleutelstukken. De kelder wordt gedekt door een tongewelf. Op de beganegrond is nog een 18e eeuwse binnenpui aanwezig.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang en draagt bij aan het historisch karakter van de straat.

Description
Originally a medieval property with cornice-topped facade, consisting of a cellar, two storeys and a roof truss structure perpendicular to the street.
The house originated from a 14th century front and rear house, from which period, among other things, a double candle niche still dates, which is covered by two herringbone arches of moulded brick which above each niche form a half quatrefoil motif. The niche is located in the rear house, in the right side wall, to the left of the former fireplace.
Early 16th century both parts of the property were rebuilt into one unit. The 18th century cornice-topped facade is three bays wide and suggests three storeys.
The composite beam layers still have some keystone pieces. The cellar is covered by a barrel vault. On the ground floor a 18th century internal shop front is still present.
The property is of importance in terms of building history and contributes to the historical character of the street.
