Omschrijving complexonderdeel 2
Vrijstaand westelijk op het terrein gesitueerde dienstwoning, in oorsprong bestemd als MACHINSTENWONING, en opgetrokken op nagenoeg vierkante plattegrond met een bouwlaag onder hoog, rondom uitstekend tentdak met dakkapellen aan voor- en achterzijde. De in een portiek geplaatste ingang bevindt zich rechts van de voorgevel. De oostgevel heeft verder een rechte erkerpartij. Voor het overige heeft het gebouw dezelfde kenmerken als beschreven bij de complexomschrijving.

Standalong service dwelling situated to the west on the site, originally intended as ENGINEER'S DWELLING, and erected on an approximately square ground plan with one storey under a high, all-round projecting tent roof with roof dormers on the front and rear sides. The entrance placed in a porch is situated to the right of the front facade. The east facade has further a straight bay projection. Otherwise the building has the same characteristics as described in the complex description.

Service dwelling of importance due to characteristic architecture and as a historical-functional component of Stoop's Bad.
