"Groot Middenhof" Boerderij. Losstaand woonhuis met pannen dak. Gootlijst met fries. Dakkapel met sieromlijsting. Schuifvensters met paneelluiken. Rollagen boven deur en ramen en platte laag met rollaag onder ramen. Bakhuis annex zomerhuis. Mooie hardstenen poortpalen, XVII-XVIII.

'Groot Middenhof' Farmhouse. Detached dwelling house with tile roof. Gutter cornice with frieze. Roof dormer with ornamental surround. Sash windows with panel shutters. Brick bond above door and windows and flat course with brick bond below windows. Bakehouse adjoining summer house. Fine sandstone gate posts, 17th-18th century.
