Omschrijving
Zogenaamd Karel V huis met rijke renaissance gevel met ruime toepassing van zandsteen. De steeds door gebosseerde pilasters gelede verdiepingen worden onderling gescheiden door friezen met leeuwenmaskers, arabesken, stierschedels en offerschalen. In de top met in- en uitgezwenkte contouren een Vredeman de Vries-cartouche met de beeltenis van Karel V en een met 1571.

Description
So-called Karel V house with rich Renaissance gable with extensive use of sandstone. The storeys, continuously articulated by rusticated pilasters, are separated from one another by friezes with lion masks, arabesques, ox skulls and sacrificial vessels. At the top with concave and convex contours a Vredeman de Vries cartouche with the effigy of Karel V and one dated 1571.
