Omschrijving
Herv.Kerk met toren op omheind kerkhof. Gepleisterd eenbeukig gebouw met driezijdige koorsluiting; het muurwerk is nog deels van turfsteen; ook de toren deels nog 12e eeuws, later verhoogd en van naaldspits voorzien. Lagere uitbouwen aan noord- en zuidzijde. In de kerk gesneden preekstoel met achterschot, klankbord en jongere trap; doophek met spijlenzone en knoppen. Alle banken met knoppen, behoudens grote overhuifde herenbank met opzetstuk en twee eenvoudige overhuifde banken. Koorafscheiding met gesneden bekroning. Orgel uit 1795 door H.H. Freytag en F.C. Schnitger jr. Aantal 16e en 17e eeuwse zerken. Grote rouwkassen Clant. Mechanisch torenuurwerk circa 1921, later voorzien van electrische opwinding.

Description
Reformed Church with tower on enclosed churchyard. Plastered single-aisle building with three-sided choir closure; the masonry is still partly of turf stone; also the tower partly still 12th century, later heightened and provided with a needle spire. Lower extensions on the north and south sides. In the church a carved pulpit with sounding board and back panel and later staircase; baptismal gate with spindle zone and knobs. All benches with knobs, except large canopied gentlemen's bench with attached piece and two simple canopied benches. Choir screen with carved coping. Organ from 1795 by H.H. Freytag and F.C. Schnitger jr. Number of 16th and 17th century gravestones. Large mourning cases Clant. Mechanical tower clock circa 1921, later provided with electric winding.
