De krukhuisboerderij is gelegen op de kop van het kavel en dateert uit de zeventiende eeuw.

KRUKHUISBOERDERIJ. Traditionele boerderij op L-vormige grondslag, met uitgebouwd krukhuis aan de zuidzijde van het langhuis, bekroond door samengesteld rieten dak met wolfseind boven de voorgevel en boven de topgevel van het krukhuis, geheel opgetrokken uit baksteen. Het voorhuis is gepleisterd en voorzien van blokverdeling. De indeling van de asymmetrische voorgevel wordt bepaald door een topgevel rechts en het krukhuis met opkamer en kelder links. Rechts bevinden zich drie T-vensters op de begane grond en een T-venster in de top, links twee T-vensters in de opkamer en twee kelderlichten met diefijzers en luiken.
De linker zijgevel bezit aan de kant van het voorhuis een aantal T-vensters en twee deuren. Het stalgedeelte is voorzien van getoogde stalvensters uit beton. De rechter zijgevel van het krukhuis is gepleisterd en voorzien van een deur met een klein venster in de top. Het langhuis bezit verschillende soorten vensters in het woonhuisgedeelte en vier getoogde stalvensters van beton in de stal. De topgevel aan de achterzijde heeft een karakteristieke indeling met drie staldeuren en een luik in de top. Aan weerszijden van het luik kleine vensters.

CRUK HOUSE FARMSTEAD. Traditional farmstead on an L-shaped ground plan, with an extended cruk house built on to the south side of the long house, crowned by a composite thatched roof with half-hipped roof over the front gable and over the gable of the cruk house, entirely constructed of brick.
