Midden-westelijke woningreeks, Jan van der Heijdenstraat 277/Spreeuwenstraat 1-11/Merelstraat 40.
Symmetrisch op U-vormige grondslag opgezette woningreeks bestaande uit acht telkens gespiegelde woningen tussen puntgevels onder langgerekt dwars zadeldak, doorbroken door kleine dakkapellen, waarbij de hoekwoningen de ingang in de kopgevels hebben en voorts een hoogopgaande schoorsteen bij de hoek met de lage, onder schilddak uitgebouwde dwarsvleugels. Vensters en deuren bij renovatie gewijzigd.

Mid-western row of houses, Jan van der Heijdenstraat 277/Spreeuwenstraat 1-11/Merelstraat 40.
Symmetrically arranged row of houses on a U-shaped ground plan consisting of eight mutually mirrored houses between pointed gables under a long transverse gabled roof, interrupted by small roof dormers, whereby the corner houses have the entrance in the end gables and furthermore a tall chimney at the corner with the low transverse wings built under a hipped roof. Windows and doors altered during renovation.
