Dienstwoning, Laan van 1940-45 nr. 4.
Dienstwoning met lage vleugel aan de noordwestzijde, voorzien van een afgeronde noordoosthoek, en overigens opgetrokken met twee in- en uitspringende kubische bouwlagen.
De teruggerooide, lage ingangsportiek bevindt zich aan de zuidwestzijde, gemarkeerd door een dwarsmuur en met ingang aan de zuidzijde. De zuidgevel bevat verder alleen op de beganegrond een negental gekoppelde vensters, terwijl de westgevel in de smalle bovenbouw een vierledige horizontale vensterstrook heeft. De noordgevel bevat een zij-ingang en een venster beneden en op de sterk teruggerooide verdieping bij de hoeken elk een smal venster; voorts op de noordwesthoek de hoogopgaande, in zwart steen gemetselde en brede schoorsteenpartij.
De oostgevel bevat alleen bij de zuidzijde op de verdieping een drieledige vensterpartij.

Service dwelling, Laan van 1940-45 no. 4.
Service dwelling with low wing on the north-west side, provided with a rounded north-east corner, and otherwise erected with two recessing cubic building storeys.
The set-back low entrance porch is situated on the south-west side, marked by a transverse wall and with entrance on the south side. The south facade further contains only on the ground floor a row of nine coupled windows, while the west facade in the narrow upper storey has a four-light horizontal window strip. The north facade contains a side entrance and a window below and on the sharply set-back upper storey at the corners each a narrow window; furthermore on the north-west corner the tall chimney stack of black brick and broad proportion.
The east facade contains only on the south side on the upper storey a three-light window section.
