Zuidwestelijke woningreeks, Meidoornstraat 8-14.
Symmetrisch opgezette reeks van vier gespiegelde eengezinswoningen, opgetrokken in baksteen met kapverdieping onder dwarse mansardekap, met laag doorgezette dakvlakken, aan de voor- en achterzijde doorbroken door gelijkvormige dakkapelreeksen met aangekapte lessenaarsdaken van afwisselend kleiner en groter breedte en met pannen gedekt, (reeds vermeld bij monumentnummer 1). De bovendorpels van deuren en vensters reiken tot aan de overstekende goten (deuren en vensters bij renovatie gewijzigd). Aan de achterzijde voorts twee gekoppelde, plat afgedekte en lage uitbouwen. Bij de hoeken aan de voorzijde elk een dwarsmuurtje. Woningreeks, deel uitmakend van het complex met monumentnummer 407231 en als zodanig van belang.
N.B. De later toegevoegde, plat afgedekte aanbouw bij nummer 14 valt buiten de bescherming.

Description
Southwestern row of houses, Meidoornstraat 8-14.
Symmetrically arranged row of four mirrored single-family houses, built in brick with attic storey under transverse mansard roof, with low extended roof planes, interrupted on the front and rear elevation by uniform dormer rows with attached lean-to roofs of alternately smaller and larger width and covered with tiles, (already mentioned under monument number 1). The upper door and window sills reach to the overhanging gutters (doors and windows altered during renovation). On the rear furthermore two coupled, flat-topped and low extensions. At the corners on the front elevation each a transverse wall. Row of houses, forming part of the complex with monument number 407231 and as such of importance.
N.B. The later-added flat-topped extension at no. 14 falls outside the protection.
