VOORMALIGE TUINMANSWONING ANNEX PAARDESTAL EN KOETSHUIS, 18e-eeuws, opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder met grijze pannen gedekte schilddak op langwerpig rechthoekige grondslag gelegen aan de openbare weg. De aan de openbare weg gelegen achtergevel is nagenoeg blind. Centraal aan de voorzijde een deur. Links van deze deur twee schuifvensters met 6-ruitsindeling. Boven deze vensters op eerste verdieping-niveau twee dubbele openslaande vensters met 6-ruitsindeling. Het huis bevindt zich in zeer verwaarloosde staat van onderhoud.

Description
FORMER GARDENER'S HOUSE ADJOINING STABLE AND COACH HOUSE, 18th century, built in red brick under a hipped roof covered with grey tiles on an oblong rectangular ground plan situated at the public road. The rear facade facing the public road is almost completely blank. Centrally on the front facade a door. To the left of this door two sash windows with 6-pane glazing. Above these windows at first storey level two double casement windows with 6-pane glazing. The house is in a very neglected state of repair.
