Omschrijving
PAND met gepleisterde en geverfde gevel, die in de verdieping aanzienlijke resten bevat van een rijk gedecoreerde renaissancegevel uit omstreeks 1550. De drie vensters worden gescheiden door kandelaberzuiltjes op gebeeldhouwde basementen. Op de kapitelen dezer zuiltjes staande putti, die kleine hoofdgestellen torsen. Hierboven rechte pilasters, met renaissance-ornament versierd. Boven de vensters rijk geprofileerde en met sculptuur bezette keperbogen. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een borstwering met verdiepte velden, welke gescheiden worden door pilasters, met gebeeldhouwde eikels bekroond. De hagedisse- en apenfiguurtjes tegen de onderpui zijn sculpturen van de beeldhouwer Van der Schaft.

Description
BUILDING with rendered and painted facade, which in the upper storey contains considerable remains of a richly decorated Renaissance facade from around 1550. The three windows are separated by candelabra columns on carved bases. On the capitals of these columns standing putti, bearing small entablatures. Above these straight pilasters, decorated with Renaissance ornament. Above the windows richly moulded and sculptured basket-arches. The facade is closed by a parapet with recessed panels, which are separated by pilasters, crowned with carved acorns. The lizard and monkey figures against the ground-floor shop front are sculptures by the sculptor Van der Schaft.
