WATERMOLEN; uit mergel en baksteen opgetrokken pand met verdieping onder met muldenpannen gedekt wolfdak; in de witgeverfde voorgevel met geteerde plint, zes vensters met hardstenen omlijsting voorzien van luiken en een gedeeld bovenlicht op de begane grond en 6-ruits ramen op de verdieping, deur met 3-ruits bovenlicht en daarboven een hijsluik met gedeeld bovenlicht, beide met hardsteen omlijsting, en jaartalankers 1776; in de linker zijgevel 4, grotendeels gedichte, vensters met hardstenen omlijsting; in de achtergevel 3 vensters met 6-ruits ramen en hardstenen omlijsting; aan de achterzijde de uit baksteen en natuursteen vervaardigde molengang en twee onderslagraderen. Aan de watermolen vastgebouwd een woonhuis met schuur op L-vormige plattegrond, beide met verdieping en onder met muldenpannen (woongedeelte) en Hollandse pannen (schuur) gedekte zadeldaken. De in baksteen opgetrokken voorzijde van het woonhuis heeft op de b.g. rechtgesloten T-vensters en een met hardsteen omlijste deur met bovenlicht en op de verdieping getoogde 6-ruits vensters; (bij de restauratie van de achtergevel in 1962 werd deze geheel opgetrokken in blokken mergel en voorzien van 6- en 8-ruits vensters met hardstenen omlijsting). De schuur heeft twee met hardsteen omlijste deuren met een smaller bovenlicht en 2 vensters op de verdieping.

Description
WATER MILL; building constructed of marl and brick with storey, covered with pantiles under a half-hipped roof; in the whitewashed front facade with tarred plinth, six windows with hardstone surrounds fitted with shutters and a divided fanlight on the ground floor and 6-pane windows on the storey, door with 3-pane fanlight and above it a hoist window with divided fanlight, both with hardstone surrounds, and date anchors 1776; in the left side facade 4, mostly blocked, windows with hardstone surrounds; in the rear facade 3 windows with 6-pane windows and hardstone surrounds; on the rear side the mill race constructed of brick and natural stone and two undershot waterwheels. Adjoining the water mill a dwelling house with barn on an L-shaped plan, both with storey and covered underneath with pantiles (residential part) and Dutch tiles (barn) gabled roofs. The front of the brick-built dwelling house has straight-closed T-windows on the ground floor and a door with hardstone surround and fanlight and on the storey arched 6-pane windows; (during the restoration of the rear facade in 1962 this was entirely constructed in blocks of marl and provided with 6- and 8-pane windows with hardstone surrounds). The barn has two doors with hardstone surrounds with a narrower fanlight and 2 windows on the storey.
