Omschrijving
"Huis van Jacoba van Beieren". Overblijfsel van een gebouwencomplex dat mede de "Hoftoren", het Tolhuis en de Visbank omvatte; sedert de opheffing van de tol in 1420 eerst in particuliere handen, in 1474 als Kruisherenklooster ingericht, na de Hervorming woonhuis. Hoftoren en Vishal in 1852 gesloopt. Het overgebleven gebouw is een huis uit de 14e eeuw, gewijzigd in het begin van de 17e, in 1780, 1904, en gerestaureerd in 1965. Zadeldak tussen trapgevel en topgevel; in de voorgevel korfboogvormige ontlastingsbogen boven vensters en deur, in de boogvelden metselmozaieken. Inwendig gotische kapconstructie. Aan de achterzijde haaks op het middeleeuwse gedeelte een vleugel met jaartalsteen 1639, zadeldak tussen topgevels, korfbogen over de in 18e eeuw veranderde vensters.

Description
"House of Jacoba of Bavaria". Remains of a building complex which also included the "Hoftoren", the Toll House and the Fish Market; since the abolition of the toll in 1420 first in private hands, in 1474 fitted out as a Crosier monastery, after the Reformation a dwelling house. Hoftoren and Fish Hall demolished in 1852. The remaining building is a house from the 14th century, altered at the beginning of the 17th, in 1780, 1904, and restored in 1965. Gabled roof between stepped gable and stepped gable; in the front facade segmental arch-shaped relieving arches above windows and door, masonry mosaics in the arch fields. Inside Gothic roof truss structure. On the rear side at right angles to the medieval section a wing with date stone 1639, gabled roof between stepped gables, segmental arches over the windows altered in the 18th century.
