In Amsterdamse Schooltrant gebouwd LANDHUIS (1920), naar ontwerp van P. Vorkink en Jac.Ph.Wormser (1918-1919), opgetrokken in baksteen op een markante plattegrond, waarvan de voornaamste contouren golvende lijnen tonen. Het bezit twee langgerekte, asymmetrische vleugels, die onder een stompe hoek verbonden zijn met de enigszins ovale middenpartij, die is verhoogd met een houten kapverdieping, terwijl de rechtervleugel in het midden een poortvormige doorgang bevat. Het geheel wordt afgedekt met golvende rieten kappen, waarin de schoorstenen een markeringspunt vormen van elk der drie partijen. Inwendig in het hoofdvertrek een gelaagd plafond met in Amsterdamse Schooltrant uitgevoerde betimmering - plinten, omlijstingen en hoge lambrizeringen - met ring - blokvormige decoraties, en een smeedijzeren haard in dezelfde trant; aan de terraszijde ingebouwd een vijftal glas-in-lood bovenlichten, afgeschuind aan de onderzijde. In de gangen zwart-gele vloertegeltjes in gebroken meanderpatroon belegd en blauw/rode tegellambrizering. Landhuis, in plattegrond, opstand en interieur kenmerkend voor de bouwwijze van de Amsterdamse School van bijzondere waarde uit kunt- en architectuur-historisch oogpunt.

COUNTRY HOUSE built in Amsterdam School style (1920), designed by P. Vorkink and Jac.Ph.Wormser (1918-1919), erected in brick on a striking ground plan, whose main contours show undulating lines. It has two long, asymmetrical wings, which are connected at an obtuse angle to the somewhat oval central section, which is raised with a wooden roof extension, while the right wing in the middle contains a gate-like passage. The whole is covered with undulating thatched roofs, in which the chimneys form a focal point of each of the three sections. On front and rear sides rhythmically coupled windows, mostly with horizontal glazing bars - on the storey on the garden side also with diagonal division - and with moulding in Amsterdam School style from the building period. Entrance section with masonry step and decorated panel door from the building period. Internally in the main room a layered ceiling with carpentry executed in Amsterdam School style - skirting boards, mouldings and high wainscotting - with ring-block-shaped decorations, and a wrought-iron fireplace in the same style; on the terrace side built-in five stained-glass fanlights, chamfered at the bottom. In the corridors black-yellow floor tiles laid in broken meander pattern and blue/red tile wainscotting. Country house, in ground plan, elevation and interior characteristic of the building style of the Amsterdam School of particular value from an art-historical and architectural-historical point of view.
