Omschrijving
St. Werenfridus, 1874-1875 Th. Asseler. Op de vroege Franse gotiek geinspireerde kruisbasiliek kenmerkend voorbeeld van stucadoorsgotiek. Westtoren met achtkantige bovenbouw, geflankeerd door veelhoekige torentjes. Gedrongen ronde pijlers met knopkapitelen, kruisribgewelven van gestucadoord hout. Roosvensters in de eindgevels van het transept. Rijk gesneden Cuyperspreekstoel. Tweeklaviers orgel, in 1862 gemaakt door M. van Dinther.

St. Werenfridus, 1874-1875 Th. Asseler. Cruciform basilica inspired by early French Gothic, characteristic example of stucco Gothic. West tower with octagonal upper structure, flanked by polygonal turrets. Squat round pillars with knop capitals, cross-ribbed vaults of stuccoed wood. Rose windows in the end façades of the transept. Richly carved Cuypers pulpit. Two-manual organ, made in 1862 by M. van Dinther.
