Omschrijving
Vermoedelijk oudste Joodse BEGRAAFPLAATS van de provincie Noord-Brabant, bestemd voor de regio en daterend van voor 1693, meermalen opgehoogd en bevattend een tachtigtal meest 19e eeuwse gebeeldhouwde hardstenen graftekens. De laatste begrafenis vond hier plaats in 1908.
Op een door een modern hekwerk omgeven trapezoide terrein van ongeveer 50 bij 30 meter een tachtigtal meest staande graftekens van hardsteen met Hebreeuwse opschriften (enkele onder toevoeging van een opschrift in het Nederlands); de graftekens zijn uiterst sober gebeeldhouwd met aktroteria, kussens en voluten aan de bovenzijde.
De graftekens zijn in de breedte van het terrein opgesteld.
De begraafplaats is cultuurhistorisch van belang en als zodanig een monument van oudheidkundige waarde.

Description
Presumed oldest Jewish BURIAL GROUND in the province of North Brabant, intended for the region and dating from before 1693, repeatedly raised and containing about eighty mostly 19th-century sculpted sandstone gravestones. The last burial took place here in 1908.
On a trapezoid terrain of approximately 50 by 30 metres surrounded by modern fencing, about eighty mostly standing gravestones of sandstone with Hebrew inscriptions (some with the addition of an inscription in Dutch); the gravestones are extremely soberly sculpted with acroteria, cushions and volutes at the top.
The gravestones are arranged across the width of the terrain.
The burial ground is of cultural-historical significance and as such a monument of archaeological value.
