Huis te Leeuwen.
Om het omgrachte terrein van het gesloopte kasteel Leeuwen een rechthoekig, gepleisterd poortgebouw, gedateerd 1654, in de eerste helft der 19e eeuw verbouwd tot boerderij.
Het poortgebouw draagt een met pannen gedekt schilddak, waarop een waarschijnlijk 18e-eeuws klokkekoepeltje.
Te weerszijden van het dak hoge schoorstenen met windkappen.
Middenrisaliet met, als omlijsting van de poortboog, Jonische pilasters, die een hoofdgestel dragen, waarop een fronton met wapenschild temidden van twee gebeeldhouwde hoornen des overvloeds. In plaats van de dichtgezette poort, waarvan de imposten en de boog met blokken en sluitsteen nog zichtbaar zijn, is een Empire deurpartij met bovenlicht, consoles en hoofdgestel aangebracht. Vensters met zesruitsschuiframen.

Description
House at Leeuwen.
Around the moated terrain of the demolished castle Leeuwen a rectangular, plastered gatehouse, dated 1654, in the first half of the 19th century converted into a farmhouse.
The gatehouse bears a hipped roof covered with tiles, on which a probably 18th-century bell turret.
On either side of the roof high chimneys with chimney pots.
Central pavilion with, as surround of the gate arch, Ionic pilasters, which carry an entablature, on which a pediment with coat of arms in the centre between two sculptured cornucopias. In place of the blocked gate, of which the imposts and the arch with ashlar and keystone are still visible, an Empire door arrangement with fanlight, consoles and entablature has been inserted. Windows with six-light sash windows.
In front of the gatehouse a stone arch bridge with small sculptured heraldic lions. Near the gatehouse a storage building with thatched reed hipped roof and weathervane.
