Omschrijving
Hervormde kerk. Bakstenen kruiskerk, grotendeels uit de late gotiek, waarvan het in oorsprong eenbeukige schip in de 15e eeuw werd uitgebreid met een noordbeuk van dezelfde breedte en in de 19e eeuw een smalle zuidbeuk verkreeg. Noordbeuk en dwarsschip hebben onversierde puntgevels als beëindiging. Driezijdig gesloten koor. Tegen de noordbeuk een vroeg 16e eeuws portaal met bakstenen pinakels als versiering van de trapgevelvormige bekroning. Op de zuiderdwarsbeuk van de kerk een zonnewijzer. In de hoek van het zuiderdwarsschip en het koor een sacristie onder lessenaarsdak, eveneens begin 16e eeuw. Het laatgotische dwarspand en koor hebben netgewelven op kolonetten en kaagstenen met bladornament. Het middenschip bezit sinds de restauratie na de oorlogsverwoesting van 1940 een houten tongewelf.

Description
Reformed church. Brick cruciform church, largely from the late Gothic, of which the originally single-aisled nave was enlarged in the 15th century with a north aisle of the same width and in the 19th century acquired a narrow south aisle. North aisle and transept have undecorated pointed gables as termination. Three-sided closed choir. Against the north aisle an early 16th-century portal with brick pinnacles as decoration of the stepped gable-shaped crown. On the south transept of the church a sundial. In the corner of the south transept and the choir a sacristy under lean-to roof, also early 16th century. The late Gothic transept and choir have net vaults on columns and stone corbels with leaf ornament. The central nave has had a wooden barrel vault since the restoration following the war destruction of 1940.
