In enigszins gotiserende stijl opgetrokken, gepleisterd gebouwtje uit 1871. Gepolychromeerde wapensteen, 1641, afkomstig van het voormalig Huis Duistervoorde en twee jaartalsteentjes; 1617 en 1871. Kleine zonnewijzer in de linker zijgevel.
