Omschrijving
Kasteel Haaren; vier vleugels om een binnenplein XVII-JXVIII, waarvan de langgerekte voorvleugel met poort in het midden en torenvormige hoekpaviljoens het herenhuis vormde; rechterhelft van de frontvleugel met kruiskozijnen van Naamse steen en ankerjaartal 1743.
Het ten noordoosten daarvan gelegen BAKHUIS en REMISE is een rechthoekig gebouw. Het bakhuis is opgetrokken in baksteen met hoekkettingen van bekapte Kunrader steen en twee vensters met omlijstingen van Naamse steen. Tussen 1840 en 1870 is een remise voor landbouwvoertuigen tegen het bakhuis aangebouwd. De houten kapconstructie bevat een groot aantal merktekens die door de houttransporteur en koper zijn aangebracht (vlot- en handelsmerken).

Description
Kasteel Haaren; four wings around an inner courtyard 17th-18th century, of which the elongated front wing with gateway in the centre and tower-shaped corner pavilions formed the mansion; right half of the front wing with cross windows of Namur stone and anchor-dated 1743.
The BAKERY and COACH HOUSE located to the north-east thereof is a rectangular building. The bakery is built in brick with corner chains of dressed Kunrader stone and two windows with surrounds of Namur stone. Between 1840 and 1870 a coach house for agricultural vehicles was built against the bakery. The wooden roof truss structure contains a large number of carpenters' marks applied by the timber transporter and buyer (raft and trade marks).
