Koloniewoning (XIX A). Bakstenen voorhuis met gepotdekseld bedrijfsgedeelte onder rietgedekt schilddak; aan rechterzijde voorzien van haaks aangebouwd gedeelte. Zesruitsvensters; topgevelvensters; topschoorsteen; vlechtingen langs de geveltop; staafankers. Op het erf grote pannengedekte gepotdekselde schuur. Kenmerkende koloniewoning van de Maatschappij van Weldadigheid. Gebouw behorende tot de kolonie-gebouwen van de Maatschappij van Weldadigheid.
