"Catharinahoeve". Hoeve, blijkens steen uit 1805 met ingezwenkte IJsselstenen gevel onder rechte kroonlijst. Rodestrekken boven de vensters. In de bovenvensters schuiframen met de oorspronkelijke roedenverdeling. Schuur van gepotdekselde houten delen. In het woonhuis tableaux van paarse tegels.
