Vrijstaande villa met bel-etage en twee verdiepingen, plat afgedekt (op verschillende niveau's), van uiterst strenge architectuur, gebouwd 1925 door J. De Bie Leuveling Tjeenk. Opgetrokken in baksteen, gedeeltelijk met houten overkuivingen, in horizontaliserende stijl, waarbij uitsluitend rechte lijnen en vakken zijn toegepast, geinspireerd op de architectuur van Frank Lloyd Wright en de Stijl. Ingangspartij met stoep aangebouwd aan de linkerzijgevel. Gesloten balcons aan voor- en achterzijde.
