Uit 1705 daterende Zeeuwse HOEVE, bestaande uit: een woonhuis zonder verdieping met pannen gedekt zadeldak tussen tuitgevels met restanten van vlechtingen en met tegen de westelijke zijgevel aangebouwd en uit de bouwtijd daterend, iets lager en smaller ouderhuis onder met rode Friese pannen gedekt zadeldak, waartegen aan de noordzijde een aanbouwtje onder met pannen gedekt lessenaardak: m.u.v. de gepleisterde zij- en achtergevel van het ouderhuis alles in schoon metselwerk en met staafankers; deuren met bovenlichten; (6-, 9- en 20-ruits) schuifvensters ten dele met luiken, kelderlicht met luik en kruiskozijn in rechter geveltop van woonhuis.
Fraai voorbeeld van een in oorsprong vroeg 18e eeuwse Zeeuwse hoeve, behorende tot de eerste hoeven van Sint Joosland (ingepolderd 1631).

Description
Zeeland FARMHOUSE dating from 1705, consisting of: a dwelling house without upper storey with tile-covered gabled roof between spout gables with traces of basketwork and with built against the western side gable and dating from the period of construction, somewhat lower and narrower old house under tile-covered gabled roof with red Frisian tiles, against which on the north side a small lean-to under tile-covered lean-to roof: with the exception of the plastered side and rear gable of the old house all in fair-faced masonry with staple anchors; doors with fanlights; (6-, 9- and 20-pane) sash windows partly with shutters, cellar light with shutter and cross window in the right gable end of the dwelling house.
Fine example of originally early 18th-century Zeeland farmhouse, belonging to the first farms of Sint Joosland (poldered 1631).
