Omschrijving
Westerbeek, op markant hoog punt tegen de flank van de heuvelrug gebouwde villa met de voorgevel schuin op de as van de straatweg. Wit gepleisterd huis met twee verdiepingen van gelijke hoogte met een hoger iets terugspringend middenvak met sierlijk bekroonde daklijst, attiek boven de daklijst op de flanken, een op gietijzeren zuiltjes rustend balkon over de volle breedte van de voorgevel. Bouwjaar 1868.

Description
Westerbeek, villa built on a conspicuous elevated point against the flank of the ridge with the front facade set obliquely to the axis of the road. White plastered house with two storeys of equal height with a higher slightly set-back central section with elegantly topped roof line, attic above the roof line on the flanks, a balcony resting on cast-iron columns extending the full width of the front facade. Built 1868.
