Villa Montana, een in 1892 met gebruikmaking van de bouwmassa van een bestaand theehuis als huiskern, in chaletstijl opgetrokken woonhuis gelegen tegen de zuidelijke heuvelflank van het Kopse plateau. Wit gepleisterd bakstenen gebouw met in het zicht gelaten stijl- en regelwerk. Rechthoekig bouwblok onder zadeldak met in het midden van de noordgevel een driezijdige uitbouw. Verdieping met doorlopend balkon. Dakkapel met balkon tegen het dakschild boven de uitbouw. Tuin- en balkondeuren, spiegelluiken, nokvorsten met gebakken kam.

Description
Villa Montana, a residential building erected in 1892 using the building mass of an existing tea house as its core, in chalet style, situated against the southern hillside of the Kops plateau. White-rendered brick building with exposed framework. Rectangular building block beneath a gabled roof with a three-sided projection in the middle of the north facade. Upper storey with continuous balcony. Dormer with balcony against the roof slope above the projection. Garden and balcony doors, mirrored shutters, ridge ornaments with terracotta crest.
