Omschrijving
"Rozendal", tot woning verbouwd koetshuis van het in 1868 afgebroken huis Ubbergen. Verdiepingloos huis onder overstekend rieten zadeldak met stenen dakkapel met dakruitertje tegen het zuidoostelijke dakschild. Vensters en openslaande deuren met luiken. Karakteristieke ligging in de voormalige middentuin van de gesloopte buitenplaats. De grote vijver bij het huis vormt een restant van de vroeg 19e eeuwse tuinaanleg, die een 17e eeuwse verving, waarvan nog sporen in de parcelering van het terrein aanwezig zijn. Datering midden 19e eeuw.

Description
"Rozendal", coach house converted into a dwelling from the house Ubbergen demolished in 1868. Single-storey house beneath an overhanging thatched gabled roof with a stone dormer with a small roof turret against the south-eastern roof slope. Windows and French doors with shutters. Characteristic location in the former central garden of the demolished country house. The large pond by the house forms a remnant of the early 19th century garden layout, which replaced a 17th century one, of which traces still exist in the subdivision of the site. Dating mid-19th century.
